• Where is the store based?

  Shiloh, PA

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Unfortunately, due to recent Covid restrictions I can only ship in the US. Thank you for understanding.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Is everything really hand knit?

  Yes! I hand knit every item myself.

• What materials are used in your hand knit items?

  The yarn I use to hand knit each item is usually the following: acrylic, cotton, wool, and sometimes a blend of the three. Some yarns have a bit of polyester in them. I make sure to state what is used to knit each item because some people are allergic to certain materials such as wool. If you have questions about an item, please message me and ask. I'm always happy to help. :)

• I don't see a color I like here. Do you do Custom orders?

  Yes. If you have a specific color in mind for the knit items I sell, please send me a message with your request for the color you would like. I am more than happy to work with you to choose a color you love and knit it for you. Please remember that because these are hand knit items they take a bit of time to complete.

• Do you charge for shipping?

  Yes, I do. It does cost money to ship things and for larger items such as shawls and blankets it costs a bit more. For custom orders I do charge shipping as well because this includes the cost of materials used.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?

  If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
